Career

Carlos Miranda is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice. Before joining the Firm, he worked as an associate of a top ranked local law firm in the Dispute Resolution team.

Carlos has focused his practice in representing clients in international and domestic arbitration tribunals, as well as litigation before domestic courts. Carlos has represented domestic and foreign clients in sectors including construction, pharmaceutical, mining, retail, ports, transport and logistics.

Carlos also regularly represents international companies in insolvency proceedings. Carlos is member of the board of the Colombian College of Commercial Lawyers and the Young Arbitration Network of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center.
