Ricardo advises clients on both competition and international trade matters. He has widely recognized practice in antitrust matters, including unilateral and dominance cases, cartel investigations, complex merger control cases and compliance programs, having represented clients in administrative proceedings before Brazilian Antitrust Authority. In international trade, he advises clients in tariffs, customs issues, and trade remedies investigations. His clients include companies in a broad range of industry sectors such as pharmaceutical, banking, technology, dairy, internet, media, retail and chemical.
