Beatriz CravoGrinberg Cordovil Advogados (GCA)

Competition boutique Grinberg Cordovil Advogados (GCA) has cemented its reputation in this field through its involvement in high-profile cartel and unilateral conduct cases before CADE. In such investigations, the team is sought out by Fortune 500 companies operating in myriad sectors, from life sciences to financial services, many of which have been repeat clients of the firm for 10 or more years. It is also a popular choice for major technology companies, thanks in part to its activity in antitrust cases involving internet, payment services and digital marketplace issues. The firm also has a notable track record in merger control. Its founding partners have well-established reputations in the market; Leonor Cordovil acts in antitrust, international trade and anti-corruption matters, with recent work including leniency applications, and former CADE commissioner Mauro Grinberg, who has recently represented clients in cartel investigations, as well as litigation with CADE. Beyond the name partners, the firm benefits from other talented practitioners, including Karen RubackRicardo Casanova Motta and Beatriz Cravo. The firm also expanded at the associate level with new hires during 2021.
