Recent work saw the team advise state-owned copper mining company, Codelco, with the structuring of the bidding documents and contracts under a build, own, operate and transfer structure for the development of a $1bn desalination plant. In other highlights, the team acted for Transelec, through its affiliate Transelec Concesiones, on the $375m project financing for the construction, operation and maintenance of four transmission lines and their related facilities, including substations.
