Ms Ana María Yuri
Managing Partner. Ana María’s practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Banking, Finance and Securities. She has extensive experience in banking, finance, securities and capital markets. She regularly advises local and multinational clients on their corporate affairs, as well as insurance companies on joint venture arrangements.
Ana María previously worked at Grasty, Quintana, Majlis& Cía.(2001-2006) and as legal advisor to the Committee of Constitution, Legislation and Justice of the Chilean Senate. Ana María is a professor of Corporate Finance at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Ana María graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2000) and holds a Certificate in Governmental Management from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2002). She studied a Master in Business Law (c) at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain (2008).
Bofill, Mir & Álvarez Jana‘s five-partner banking and finance team is particularly focused on advising on structured and syndicated financing arrangements on behalf of institutional investors, including insurance companies and public and private investment funds. The team also frequently assists clients within the automotive and leisure industries. Ana María Yuri‘s recent work includes the financing of a key transportation infrastructure project, while José Antonio Velasco advised an agriculture industry client on a loan for the repayment of existing debt and general corporate purposes. Also key to the group are name partner Octavio Bofill, who is recommended for major banking and finance deals; Alejandro Álvarez, whose broad corporate practice includes corporate finance; and Rodrigo Saffirio, whose experience includes syndicated loans.
