Cristóbal Herrera is Fischer y Cía.´s Managing partner and the Corporate practice head as he has a vast experience in general Corporate Practice, Capital markets, Financing and Derivatives. Mostly, provides permanent legal corporate advisory for diverse international companies, where he handles diverse kind of matters, including financings, bankruptcy and other Banking and Finance affairs, among day-to-day legal consults.

Mr. Herrera founded in 2021 Fischer y Cía and prior, was partner at Baraona Fischer & Cía since 2016 (being an associate for nine years before). Prevoiuosly, he worked as legal counsel at the Finance and Corporate Division of Telefónica Chile.

Cristóbal Herrera earned his Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and his LL.M. from the University of Sydney. He is also a Commercial Law Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, since 2011.
