Managing and founding partner of Amaral e Nicolau Advogados. Practice Group Leader of Amaral e Nicolau´s Real Estate, Land Development, and Zoning Practice Group, José Vicente practices real estate law and has represented numerous developers, owners, construction managers and contractors in drafting and negotiating build, construction, and land development contracts. He also has represented several residential and commercial high rise developments in São Paulo and his work played a key role in modernizing the landscape and skyline of traditional neighborhoods of São Paulo.
