Career

Siro Astolfi specializes in complex corporate advice and competition and antitrust law. His experience includes, in Argentina as well as abroad, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and greenfield investment projects, capital markets and other financial transactions, antitrust, commercial and/or regulatory conflicts, and corporate governance and compliance advice.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as Board member and as executive Vice-president of Aerolíneas Argentinas – Austral Líneas Aéreas (2017/2018). He previously headed the Corporate and M&A practices at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (1993-2016) and was also a foreign associate at Brown & Wood LLP, New York, USA (1997). 

Siro Astolfi has been repeatedly recommended by Chambers and Partners and by Legal 500 for his work in the Corporate and M&A fields.
