Career

Laura Huertas Buraglia specializes in corporate law and financing transactions. She has extensive experience in all aspects related to corporate matters, including structuring investments in Argentina, choosing the most convenient corporate structure, negotiating and drafting bylaws and shareholder agreements, implementing mergers and acquisitions, attending Assembly and Board of Directors meetings and handling corporate conflicts in pre-trial phase. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and financial and derivative transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a junior partner at Julio César Rivera Abogados (2002-2008) and an associate with Brigard Urrutia Abogados Ltda. (Bogotá, Colombia, 1997-2001).
