Verónica Zárate specializes in cross-border transactions and regularly advises clients on international matters, particularly on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international commercial contracts, financial transactions and investment projects in general.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005-2007); a Milan-based associate with Bonelli Erede Pappalardo Studio Legale (2004-2005), with Pavia e Ansaldo Studio Legale and Studio Legale Internazionale (2000-2004). She was a foreign associate with White & Case in Washington D.C. (1999- 2000).

She has been repeatedly recommended as one of the “Leaders in their Field” (Corporate/M&A-Argentina) by Chambers Latin America.
