Carlos Trogolo Eliçabe specializes in corporate law and financial transactions (including capital markets and derivatives transactions, and bank financings). He represents Argentine and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions, and he regularly advises clients on general corporate governance matters. He is also part of the firm’s multi-disciplinary team specialized on advising entrepreneurs.
