Néstor H. Buján specializes in Administrative and Regulatory Law, Competition Law and Litigation. He advises and represents international organizations, governments and private clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious public law and dispute resolution matters.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a judge of the Federal Court of Appeals for Public Law Matters (1994-2011), judge of the National Administrative Court (1982-1994) and law clerk to the Supreme Court of Justice (1979-1982). He also served as Law clerk at the Federal Court of Appeals for Public Law Matters (deputy law clerk, general clerk, clerk and law clerk from 1974 to 1979).
