Larry’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and comprehensive development projects. Emphasis is on project approvals, including complex rezoning’s and subdivisions. Larry has completed many significant commercial transactions of a wide variety of real estate portfolios and investment properties for local, national and offshore investors and public bodies. He has advised and assisted in many infrastructure projects, including P3’s, relating to transportation, civil works, healthcare and education projects.

Bennett Jones LLP combines the deep bench strength of offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa and New York to advise a broad client roster of developers, investors, portfolio managers, landlords, tenants, retailers, financial institutions and municipal districts, on a comprehensive range of matters across the practice space.
