Working in environmental law since 2001, Bianca works with national and international companies in several different industries. Her activities include assistance in the preventive field; pre-acquisition due diligences; drafting and negotiating environmental clauses in contracts and other commercial operations; legal assistance to clients in consultations on environmental law and environmental licensing issues; assistance in administrative issues with environmental entities and in civil proceedings initiated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office; negotiation of Consent Agreements. Her experience involves, among others, greenfield projects, complex contamination cases and assistance to clients in issues involving ABS cases (access to genetic heritage and benefit sharing).


Joined TozziniFreire in 2008. Bianca became a partner in 2012.




Coordinator of the Committee for the Environment of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil. (Britcham).
Member of the Business Movement for Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biodiversity Brazil (MEBB) and one of the representatives of the Movement in the position it occupies as Permanent Guest with the Genetic Heritage Management Counsel (CGEN) before Brazilian Ministry of Environment.
Member of the Union for Ethical BioTrade (UEBT).


Specialized degree in Business Management from Business School São Paulo in 2009. Master’s in Social Relations Law, Diffuse and Collective Rights and Environmental Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2004. University extension in Environmental Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) in 2001. Graduate of the Law School of Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 1998.
