Silvia has extensive experience in corporate law, with focus on M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring, as well as in the wealth and estate planning area and in the Agribusiness sector. Assisting local and foreign clients from the most diverse sectors, her experience also comprises structuring foreign investments in Brazil, besides analyzing, drafting and negotiating highly complex contracts, and conducting legal due diligences. Silvia worked as a foreign associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind & Garrison LLP from September 2011 to July 2012.
