Oduvaldo works in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and specializes in assisting investors and companies from various sectors, both foreign and domestic, notably matters involving corporate law, capital markets, and publicly-traded companies. He coordinates projects of great complexity from planning to implementation, and has extensive expertise in domestic and cross border transactions involving the sale and purchase of companies, capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate reorganization and restructuring, in addition to other corporate, civil and commercial legal matters. He is also part of the firm’s Agribusiness Practice Group. Before joining TozziniFreire Advogados, Oduvaldo was part of the legal department of major national and multinational companies, in which he also worked on matters related to corporate law, litigation, corporate governance, and compliance. He also worked as a foreign associate at the Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office from 2013-4, where he assisted clients in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group with a focus on transactions relating to Latin America.
Odvulado joined TozziniFreire in 2008 and was made partner in 2015.
