Carolina has more than ten years of practice at TozziniFreire in the Litigation team and she is also a co-head of the German Desk. She counsels on civil court cases deriving from penalties imposed by the public administration, contracts with public entities and investigations in alliance with the teams of Antitrust and Administrative Law, as well as with Compliance & Investigations practice groups. Her activities also focus on disputes that involve corporate discussions.
