Judith L. Mogul handles civil, regulatory, and criminal matters for individual and corporate clients. Judy regularly represents individuals and companies in a broad variety of commercial matters involving employment, partnership, contract, unfair competition, insurance, and other disputes. She has extensive experience defending individuals in internal investigations, securities class actions, and related regulatory proceedings. Judy also has defended complex forfeiture claims in a variety of contexts. She appears regularly in state and federal court.
