Mr. Zagar co-manages the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Shareholder Derivative Litigation Group, which has excelled in the highly specialized area of prosecuting cases involving claims against corporate officers and directors.

The same partners worked with Darren Check as co-lead counsel in a derivative action brought on behalf of Tesla and its minority stockholders challenging the company’s $2bn acquisition of SolarCity. The case is currently on appeal in Delaware Supreme Court.
