Co-headed by Kathleen Hardway  and Jason Rose , Venable LLP‘s Baltimore-based product liability and mass tort team has a strong reputation in the life sciences space where it combines deep industry and technical knowledge with excellent strategic awareness and regulatory expertise to good effect in many big-ticket consolidated disputes.
