Dr. Yahir Acosta Pérez, LL.M. (QMUL) is a law graduate from the prestigious Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and holds an LL.M. from the Queen Mary College of the University of London. He has extensive experience in the area of international trade where he acted as senior counsel in several anti-dumping investigations. He has significant experience in public policy and international law and specializes in Public-Private Partnerships on which he wrote his doctorate thesis. He is the author of “Mexican Agricultural Biotechnology. Public Policy Considerations and Suggestions.”
