Career

Paralegal, joined the law firm in 2001 and to date is the coordinator of the International Area of the Firm. She is in charge of assignments that are sent to foreign countries by domestic and foreign clients. The clients endorse her work for over 30 years dedicated to Intellectual Property matters in general with specialization in trademark protection in foreign countries. She has attended on behalf of the firm international congresses such as INTA, ASIPI and INTA-ASIPI between 2002 and 2010 and 2016.

She began his career in the area of ​​Intellectual Property in the law firm Sargent & Krahn (1987-1993) and was responsible for filing and renewal of trademark registrations. Elizabeth also served as personal assistant to 2 of the area’s leading lawyers in that firm: Fernando Castro and Marino Porzio.

Subsequently, she joined Porzio, Ríos & Asociados (1993-2001) and was in charge of the entire area of ​​trademarks (domestic and foreign); preparation of opposition briefs, defenses and appeals; coordination of national work and for foreign cliental in general, in charge of the administration of all the exchange of communications.
