Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr fields a seven-member mining team with longstanding experience in advising both domestic and international clients on mining projects. The group’s representative expertise covers mining title reviews, as well as the negotiation of agreements (such as purchase options), financings, joint ventures, explorations, royalties, streaming and easements.
