A former foreign lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP‘s New York office, practice head Sergio Orrego has longstanding experience in mining, projects, corporate, M&A and energy and natural resources work; and fellow name partner Gonzalo Rencoret‘s track record includes advising on significant mining projects. The core group of established and experienced partners, all of whom advise on M&A deals, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, is comprised of Gonzalo Rencoret, Nicholas Mocarquer, Sergio Orrego and Felipe Rencoret.
