Camila Kutz has been an associate lawyer of Prieto since 2013.
She is part of the Firm’s Corporate team, specializing in the areas of mining law, energy and natural resources, developing infrastructure and construction projects projects in those industries and negotiating key contracts, including EPC, BOOT, Turn Key and O&M contracts; and mergers and acquisitions.
Camila earned her law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, on 2009. Diploma in Natural Resources, with mention in Water Rights, Law School, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, 2013; and a Diploma in Permits, Authorizations and Administrative Concessions from Universidad de Los Andes Law School in 2018.
Before joining the firm, she previously worked at Cariola Diez Pérez-Cotapos y Cía.
She is admitted to practice in Chile, and is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.

It also assists clients with the development of innovative technologies for the sector, including advice on energy storage, hydrogen fuel and renewables. M&A head Juan Tagle is also active in the energy and natural resources team, and Claudio Undurraga is an energy and arbitration specialist. Tagle advises on power plant construction, gas and electricity purchase contracts, joining ventures and bidding; he also has knowledge of the ports sector.
