Javier Enrique Patrón is responsible for the firm’s labor and social security law department.  H is also Managing Partner of the firm. He offers comprehensive advice in all aspects related to his area of specialization. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings related to labor matters.


He joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 1992 and has been a partner since 1997. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Tribunal del Trabajo No. 1 of the Departamento Judicial de San Isidro, in the province of Buenos Aires, between 1987 and 1992 and at the Tribunal de Menores No. 3 of the Departamento Judicial de San Isidro during 1986 and 1987. Between 1983 and 1986 he worked as a trainee in business, commercial and corporate labor law.
