Position

Javier Etcheverry Boneo is a partner at Marval O’Farrell Mairal since 1996, having joined the firm in 1991. Specialized in business law, his practice includes M&A, corporate finance, international capital markets, and private equity acquisitions and investments, particularly in the broadcasting, internet, media and telecommunications industries. Javier took an active part in the process of consolidation of the cable television industry, working in regulatory aspects as well as in the acquisition, merger, financing and securities offerings of several companies. In addition, he currently advices controlling shareholders and owners of media companies (broadcast TV, cable TV, newspapers and radio) as well as content and satellite services companies.

Before joining Marval, he worked with the law firm of Clifford Chance.
