Practice head Adrián Furman regularly acts as lead counsel in local and international corporate matters and transactions for a diverse range of clients in a variety of industries. M&A and restructuring expert Tomás Araya, and Patricio Martin – who is known for his financial services expertise – are the other key senior names.
