Career

Patricio Martin is a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services and Capital Markets departments.

His practice focuses on corporate and banking law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, international financial operations, and the defense of currency exchange operations before the Argentine Central Bank.  He provides advice on compliance with the National Securities Commission and on contractual matters.

Between 1994 and 1995, he worked as departmental head of the Accountability and Monitoring Office of the National Securities Commission; and between 1998 and 2000 he was the Legal Affairs Manager of the Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior.

He has completed training courses at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.  He is a professor in the Commercial Law Masters Program at Universidad Austral Law Department where he teaches banking and company law.
