The department also has particular strength in highly-regulated sectors, such as TMT, energy, mining, financial services, and food and drink. The nucleus of the practice comprises four key partners: Jorge Delpiano, who advises on M&A, corporate restructurings and corporate governance; mining related M&A and private equity specialist Pedro Lyon; the experienced Juan Enrique Allard, whose ‘treatment of clients is exceptional‘; and local and international M&A expert Pedro Pellegrini.
