A very good balance in its team, with a mix of very senior professionals and hungry young associates.

The team has a very international focus and is keen to embrace opportunities across different sectors in and out of Chile. Litigation related to commercial arbitration is a particular focus.

This legal practice, during and in response to the pandemic, admirably and efficiently enacted specific emergency response efforts and ensured that, despite unknown conditions threatening the integrity of the case, steps were put in place to safeguard it.

The team is committed, focused and implements strategic goals.

Throughout 2020 and at the beginning of 2021, the legal practice took the necessary measures and actions to ensure a consistent client-legal team interface during the pandemic.

Arturo Majlis and Jorge Meneses are unwaveringly committed and ethical professionals, who are permanently focused on making the best decisions within the hardest of circumstances.

Arturo Majlis is one of the most experienced practitioners in the market – very tough but also very commercial.
