Miguel María Silveyra has been a partner of Beccar Varela since 2009. He started his career at the firm in 1998. He worked as foreign associate at Gomez Acebo & Pombo (Madrid, Spain, 2004).

He advises family companies and partner groups in the process of negotiation, planning and design of rules of corporate governance for the management of their business groups, in the drafting of family protocols and shareholders’ agreements, and in their estate and succession planning. He has also intervened in company conflicts of different kinds, either as consultant of directors, as director appointed by the shareholders or as legal representative of the local or foreign shareholders.
