Career

Partner since 2007. He heads the Competition Law practice, advising clients in merger control, contentious matters, such as cartels and unilateral conduct, non-contentious advice and compliance programs. Throughout his career he has participated in many landmark cases that have shaped competition case law in Chile. He has also been involved assessing pro-bono different trade associations regarding amendments to Competition and Consumer Protection legislation.

It has also assisted with complex procedures concerning the pharmaceuticals industry and TV-rating measurement tools.
