The practice is co-led by corporate department head and renowned M&A expert, Pablo Guerrero and Bernardo Simian, whose practice takes in both M&A and foreign investment. The seven-member VC practice at full-service firm Barros & Errázuriz acts for both national and international start-ups and investors throughout all stages of companies’ development, including growth and financing stages, as well as exit phases.
