The sizeable capital markets practice at full-service law firm Barros & Errázuriz routinely advises companies looking to obtain resources through the issuance of securities and public offering of bonds and shares (both in the domestic and international markets). The practice is co-led by corporate department head and renowned M&A expert, Pablo Guerrero and Bernardo Simian, whose practice takes in both M&A and foreign investment.
