Mining

Within: Mining

In a major coup, Allende & Brea hired high-profile mining specialist Florencia Heredia in 2017 – she was previously senior partner at Heredia, Lede Pizzurno & Terrel Abogados. The group also benefits from the experience of transactional energy and natural resources specialist Juan Martín Allende and project development and finance partner Marcos Patrón Costas. The firm covers all the bases in mining law, with strong skill sets in regulatory issues, project development, M&A and environmental matters. It is particularly prominent in the lithium space, where it acts for clients such as FMC and Galaxy Resources. Highly rated of counsel Carlos García Díaz left to become an independent practitioner.
