Partner. He is an expert on civil, labor and commercial litigation, including complex litigation and arbitration. His practice includes commercial agreements and general advice on minimizing labor related risks and costs. He has advised banking clients in the negotiating of severance package to personnel and executives as well as analyze the contingencies within the framework of labor law. Mr. Grandi has also advised companies on high executive’s contracts, management compensation, bonus plans and incentive programs.

Mr. Grandi joined Allende & Brea in 2000 while still as student. He became a partner of the firm in January 2014.
