A specialist in commercial and corporate law, he has worked on a number of complex matters, advising local and international firms on the restructuring of debts, the sale and purchase of bankrupt companies and similar cases. He has also been involved in solving corporate conflicts including cases taken to independent arbitration.

Career

He worked in the National Civil Law Courts (1989-1993) and in different law firms in Buenos Aires, specializing in commercial matters, up to the time he rejoined the National Courts as Secretary in charge of Secretariat #8, in the National Court of First Instance (Commercial) #4 (1998-2003). He joined Allende & Brea in 2003 and was named partner of the firm in December 2005.
