Position

Managing Partner since 2015. Mr. Guevara Lynch has represented clients in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to advising clients in acquisition transactions. His practice includes general corporate law, commercial agreements, labor and compensation, reorganizations and restructurings, financings, issuance of corporate bonds and shares listed in stock exchanges. Mr. Guevara Lynch serves as board member and member of the audit committee of several medium and large companies and has actively advised public and private investors in establishing and growing new businesses.

Career

Between 1991 and 1996 he served as law clerk to Judge Liliana Filgueira de Casares in the City of Buenos Aires and between 2000 and 2002 he worked at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. He joined Allende & Brea in 1996 and became a partner in 2003.
