Vastly experienced corporate lawyer and firm managing partner Valeriano Lynch heads the team in tandem with Santiago Sturla, who advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, shareholder conflicts, financing and restructuring. Dispute resolution and restructuring expert Diego Botana and Raul Fratantoni, who has a strong tax background and an active portfolio of family-owned company clients, are other key senior names. Argentina > Insurance

The formerly market leading practice at Allende & Brea has undergone a remarkably rapid liquidation with the February 2023 departure of associate Sebastian Bonina (to Accenture Argentina), superceded by the wholesale August 2023 departure of practice head Martín Argañaraz, key associate María Agustina Diaz (plus a junior associate and a paralegal) to establish new office, DAC Beachcroft Argentina. Following the earlier (April 2022) departure of Laura Santanatoglia, who moved in house at Zurich Santander Seguros America, this leaves Santiago Sturla – who practices insurance and reinsurance as part of a broader practice that takes in corporate, contractual and company law – heading the department as the firm seeks to rebuild its capabilities; he is supported by intermediate associate Florencia L Marino.
