A member of AZ since 2019, his professional work is focused on issues related to the resolution of disputes in regulatory matters. Specifically relating to the topics of energy, development and financing of infrastructure projects, corporate law, commercial negotiations as well as strategic consultancy. Moreover, his areas of expertise also include environmental issues, public law and competition defense in regulated industries.
At the same time, he has provided advice for matters in administrative litigation before various government entities such as, The Court of Public Procurement, The National Audit Office, The Department of Energy, The Panel of Energy Experts, and the National Commission of Energy. Antonio has actively participated in various negotiations in the field of energy, including the negotiation of joint-ventures, long-term contracts, shareholder’s agreements, construction contracts, operation and maintenance and project finance.

The regulated markets and public and competition law group at Albagli Zaliasnik handles preventive advice, antitrust compliance programmes, merger control issues and investigations before the FNE, along with matters before Chile’s competition and Supreme Courts.
