Career

Antonio focuses his practice on commercial transactions, advice on regulatory matters and financing, construction and development of projects involving infrastructure, oil and gas, and the renewable and conventional energy industries, as well as complex regulatory litigation and arbitrations.

He had an outstanding five-year stint as in-house counsel at National Petroleum Company (ENAP) and distinguished work in the development and financing of renewable energy projects in Latin America as International Legal Advisor in the offices of Chadbourne and Parke LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright (NYC). Both he and his team assist clients from various sectors, with an emphasis on energy and regulated industries, on public and regulatory law issues, negotiations, specific corporate matters related to energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and others.
