Darin Waylett’s practice involves counseling clients on all aspects of environmental permitting, environmental regulatory compliance, environmental issues in business transactions, and environmental litigation. He has previously worked as a consultant in the area of human health risk assessment advising clients on issues relating to the registration of pesticides, direct food additives and indirect food additives in the United States and European Union.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Darin was a project leader for Environ Corporation and an associate scientist at TAS international.
