Ricardo Veirano is a corporate partner based in the São Paulo office. His practice encompasses M&A, private equity, securities, banking and finance.

Ricardo represents corporations in divestitures and acquisitions, investment banks as underwriters in equity deals, Brazilian issuers in the international markets and private equity funds.

After completing his LL.M. at the University of Chicago, Ricardo spent two years in the mid-1990s working as a foreign associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.
