Career
Raphael is a partner at Veirano Advogados with practice emphasis in tax litigation.
He primarily focuses his practice on tax litigation in the administrative and judicial spheres. Raphael successfully represents several of the Firm´s clients before the Brazilian courts, acting also in the Superior Court of Justice and the Brazilian Supreme Court.
Raphael also provides support to other departments in M&A operations, through the performance of legal due diligence.
Nowadays, he represents Brazilian and foreign clients across a variety of industries, including telecommunication, technology, food, pet food, entertainment, education, engineering and infrastructure.
Admitted to practice law in Brazil, Raphael completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) with distinction in Taxation, with a Certificate in International Taxation, at Georgetown University Law Center.
