Position
Olivia joined Walkers in January 2021, and is a senior associate in Walkers’ Jersey Investment Funds & Corporate law team, specialising in advising private equity funds on structuring, establishment, marketing, fundraising, restructuring, their general lifecycle and investment activities.
Olivia has experience working in-house for a leading global financial institution based in Toronto, and has been advising on Jersey law as it relates to investment funds and corporate matters more generally since 2016.
Career
Before joining Walkers, Olivia worked in the Investment Funds practice group for another leading offshore law firm since her move to Jersey in 2016.
After being admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2014, she worked in the General Counsel Group of RBC in Toronto, working with colleagues and business lines based in Canada and internationally, including New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, the Channel Islands and the Caribbean.
