Career

Aisling is a partner in the Tax Group in Walkers’ Ireland office. Aisling advises financial institutions, investment funds, asset managers, investors, issuers and arrangers on financial services taxation including advice on cross-border financing, establishment of investment fund platforms, real estate structures, debt issuance programmes, derivatives and securitisation transactions. Aisling also advises on tax structuring, inward investment and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Aisling has extensive experience of dealing with the Irish Revenue Commissioners in contentious and non-contentious matters. Aisling has written and contributed to articles on tax related issues in various publications including International Tax Review and PLC.
