Bruce specialises in mergers and acquisitions in the mining industry, the structuring of mining companies, mining transactions and projects, as well as the development and operational aspects thereof. Bruce advises various mining companies on their investments in Sub-Saharan Africa and has advised on transactions and projects in the majority of key resource rich jurisdictions on the continent. He is an accomplished international speaker and has addressed various mining conferences and seminars in South Africa, Australia, Canada and Zimbabwe. He is regularly approached for comment on the mining industry by various business and industry publications and has published a number of articles on the mining industry. He is also a trustee of several trusts in the mining industry.
