Career

Mark specialises in all aspects of property law.  His particular expertise includes township establishment, subdivisions, consolidations, opening of sectional title schemes (including mixed-use schemes), commercial finance mortgage and notarial bonds and attending to real estate aspects of many major intragroup transactions, mergers and acquisitions and disposals of immovable property by large corporates.

Mark advises clients across a range of industries including the retail, hospitality and mining industries.

Mark is an admitted notary and conveyancer. He has served as a member of the executive committee of the Pretoria Attorneys Association and as chairman of the Property Committee of that Association.  He is a current member of the Johannesburg Attorneys’ Association Property Committee. Mark has been recognised by international research organisation Chambers Global for his expertise in Real Estate Law.
