Anne is an expert in international tax with extensive experience in international tax planning in regard to inbound and outbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border trading and financing. Her expertise extends to private equity fund structuring and matters relating to South African corporate tax and the South African Exchange Control regulations. She has advised both South African and foreign-based multinational groups on the South African and international tax implications of structuring investments and trading operations across international borders. Anne also worked in the United Kingdom for several years, specialising in international tax advisory work.
