Peter focuses on general commercial law, litigation, regulatory and administrative law. His areas of expertise include telecommunications and broadcasting, media and entertainment, copyright and defamation law, e-business, systems acquisitions, procurement, outsourcing and data protection. He experience includes advising on general commercial agreements and in respect of development, outsourcing supply and maintenance and systems acquisitions and on the regulatory environment pertaining to telecommunications and broadcasting. He also regularly advises on agreements relevant to e-Commerce and on-line banking.
